KEYNOTE LECTURERS AT THE XIX PAN AMERICAN CHILD CONGRESS  

* The XIX Pan American Child Congress was convened as an Inter-American Specialized Conference having as its central theme “The Family: Basis for the Integral Development of Children and Adolescents”. On the basis of such central theme, six major issues were established, each of which will be represented by a Keynote Address and a Working Group that will meet throughout the three days of the event.
